Wow, since the article from Men's Journal (September 2009 volumn 18) came out and the author that reviewed this product inhaled this peptide this question has become the most important and the most frequently asked.

The correct way to adminster this peptide is through a small injection using one of the smallest needles 29 gauge
into a fold of skin. This administration is called sub contunious injection. It is the same type of injection that is used by diabetics.

Another way to administer the product is via a nasal inhaler much like a sinus medicine like Afrin. Although it typically takes 10mg to cause the same effect that can be accomplished with 1-2mg when administered through a sub contunious injection. Or you can do it like our friend at the Men's Journal and chop up the power and inhale it, but we do not ever recommend this type of consumption.
